Stayed at Karim’s residence for my birthday with my friends. The residence was clean, well-equipped, secure, and a cozy/luxurious atmosphere. Karim was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful with any requests. The location is also a very convenient distance from the city centre and the airport, and nearby to activity pickup spots. Before bed we further enjoyed the supply of board games and the vast selection of shows available on the TVs. And in the morning we enjoyed the beautiful views of the sunrise, mountains, and greenery. We would highly recommend a stay here if you plan to visit Marrakech!

I had read such great reviews about the apartment and the host. In my own experience did not faulter. Kamil is an excellent host whos priority is your best stay possible. He went above and beyond duty during our stay but there is not enough room to write it all. Defo will return here. Only fault was finding taxi willing to take us back to the area we were staying as most prefer to stay in the medina. It is only a 10 minute drive from the city. I rang kamil and he sorted everything for us by speaking to the taxi driver. He even gave us an app to download for taxi services without getting ripped off as a tourist.

We had a wonderful and chill stay with family in this high-end residence, set within a beautiful residential park with a great view. The surroundings were peaceful, secure, and impeccably maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent — conveniently close to the airport and the city center. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. We strongly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Il n'est pas seulement une personne attentionnée, mais il connaît aussi très bien la région. Il nous a donné d'excellentes recommandations sur les endroits à visiter, les choses à voir et même où faire nos achats localement. An excellent stay at this property! The accommodation is ideally located: away from the noise of the Medina of Marrakech while remaining easily accessible, whether by car or public transport. The apartment offers everything you might need: it is very clean, tastefully furnished, and has a lovely terrace, quiet and sheltered from the heat—a real plus! Séjourner chez Karim fut un réel plaisir tant ma famille et moi avons apprécié nos moments là-bas. L’appartement en lui-même est très joli et bien équipé. La décoration est soignée et de bon goût.
