Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce grand appartement tout confort. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée.
L’appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos. La terrasse offre une superbe vue sur le domaine verdoyant et les montagnes de l’Atlas, idéale pour se détendre.
La literie et les coussins sont très confortables, nous avons très bien dormi.
L’appartement étant situé à proximité de l’aéroport, on aperçoit et on entend les avions, mais cela reste tout à fait normal vu la distance (environ 5 minutes en voiture).
Le domaine, les jardins et les piscines sont de grande qualité, très bien entretenus et particulièrement agréables.
Un immense merci à Karim, un hôte exceptionnel et véritablement aux petits soins. D’une grande gentillesse, très disponible et réactif, il a été attentif au moindre détail et s’est assuré en permanence que tout se passe parfaitement pour nous. Son sens de l’accueil fait vraiment la différence.

Karim a été un hôte chaleureux et bienveillant. Toujours très reactif et disponible à la moindre de nos question. Son logement était impeccable à notre arrivée, fidèle aux photos, le vrai plus: un magnifique toit terrasse privé qui offre une vue à 360°. La ligne de bus direct pour la medina se trouve juste en bas du logement. Nous recommandons vivement Karim et son logement. Encore merci à lui

Appartement superbe! Très propre, très bien rangé, matelas de qualité, 2 SDB avec douches spacieuses, séjour lumineux et agréable, piscine dans la résidence top avec transats et parasols. Hôte disponible à tout moment et très serviable.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. Karim was a great host —very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed.
The apartment was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, which made it feel very cozy and welcoming, almost like being at home. We felt comfortable from the very first moment.
A special highlight was the terrace, which was absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. We would definitely love to come back! Shower pressure could be better, but it’s not a big deal:)

Naš domaćin Karim je bio iznimno ljubazan. Odgovorio je na sve naše upite, preporučio nam što obići, preporučio nam je odličan restoran u kvartu, dao korisne informacije vezane za javni prijevoz. Kuhinja opremljena frižiderom, mikrovalnom, kafe aparatom. Dostupna i mašina za pranje rublja. Sve uredno i čisto. Naša grupa je brojila 8 članova, 4 odraslih, 4 djece. U boravku su bila 2 manja sklopiva kreveta na kojima je spavalo 3 djece, pa je jedno dijete spavalo na kutnoj garnituri u boravku. No imali smo na raspolaganju nadmadrac, pa je spavanje na kutnoj garnituri bilo udobnije.

Nous avons tout aimé : l’hôte Karim est très chaleureux et serviable. L’appartement est nickel, raffiné, très propre. La terrasse est incroyable. L’emplacement excentre est accessible par taxi très facilement pour un prix dérisoire. Et le quartier est calme et paisible après avoir passé la journée à la Médina. Encore Merci Karim.

This apartment was such a comfortable for my family and I on so many levels. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a dish washer which was really useful. The washing machine has a drying option so you don’t need to put your clothes out to dry which is tedious. The beds are very comfortable with good quality bedding and the curtains close completely not letting any light in. Karim was an amazing host where his communication was always friendly, proactive and friendly. He provided us with a lot of help that we are so grateful for. The view from the apartment is also breathtaking and the balcony is lovely to sit in to enjoy the greenery. All in all, this is the best apartment to stay in at Prestigia and I am sure that everyone would share the same sentiment.
