Stayed at Karim’s residence for my birthday with my friends. The residence was clean, well-equipped, secure, and a cozy/luxurious atmosphere. Karim was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful with any requests. The location is also a very convenient distance from the city centre and the airport, and nearby to activity pickup spots. Before bed we further enjoyed the supply of board games and the vast selection of shows available on the TVs. And in the morning we enjoyed the beautiful views of the sunrise, mountains, and greenery.
We would highly recommend a stay here if you plan to visit Marrakech!

I had read such great reviews about the apartment and the host. In my own experience did not faulter. Kamil is an excellent host whos priority is your best stay possible. He went above and beyond duty during our stay but there is not enough room to write it all. Defo will return here. Only fault was finding taxi willing to take us back to the area we were staying as most prefer to stay in the medina. It is only a 10 minute drive from the city. I rang kamil and he sorted everything for us by speaking to the taxi driver. He even gave us an app to download for taxi services without getting ripped off as a tourist.

We had a wonderful and chill stay with family in this high-end residence, set within a beautiful residential park with a great view. The surroundings were peaceful, secure, and impeccably maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The location is excellent — conveniently close to the airport and the city center. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant.
We strongly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Karim was a truly wonderful host, incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home. He’s not only a loving person but also very knowledgeable about the local area. He gave us excellent recommendations on where to go, what to see, and even where to shop locally. Un excellent séjour dans ce bien ! Le logement est idéalement situé : à l’écart du bruit de la Médina de Marrakech tout en restant facilement accessible, que ce soit en voiture ou en transports en commun. L’appartement offre tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin : il est très propre, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et dispose d’une jolie terrasse, calme et à l’abri de la chaleur — un vrai plus !
Du premier contact jusqu’au départ, Karim a été d’une extrême gentillesse et toujours très attentionné. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, je recommande sans hésiter ☺️

Séjourner chez Karim fut un réel plaisir tant ma famille et moi avons apprécié nos moments la bas. L’appartement en lui même est très joli et bien équipé. La decoration est soignée et de bon goût. La terrasse a été un vrai coup de cœur et nous avons vraiment apprécié le cadre ! Nous recommandons à 100% et remercions Karim pour l’accueil et le professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
